The TIA is a not-for-profit trade association whose mission is to promote the growth and economic vitality of tennis.

The TIA is the wide-based tennis trade association representing members consisting of manufacturers, retailers, facilities, the USTA, ATP, WTA , WTT, tennis teaching professional organizations, tennis publications, tennis agents, sales representatives, tennis executives, and other aligned partners in sharing the common goal of growing tennis participation in the United States.

The Tennis Industry Association Executive Committee members include: Dave Haggerty (Head/Penn), John Embree (Prince), Jon Muir (Wilson), Jeff Williams (Tennis Magazine) and Kurt Kamperman (USTA). The Board of Directors consists of approximately 25 members.
