Hi there,
If you're reading this, chances are you're anywhere but courtside at Wimbledon. (If you are at the All England Club, turn off your Blackberry and enjoy the match!)
For those who are stateside, there are more options than ever to witness the action of the game's most hallowed grounds whether you are at home, at work, or on the move. Keep reading... |

Remember the days when it was tough to see live action broadcast each day from Wimbledon? Recall the frustration when a network dropped coverage during a nail-biting tiebreaker to cut to another program? It's tough to forget!
Those days are over because the choices to tune into the action over any airwaves have multiplied exponentially. No longer is there one way to catch the action outside the All England Club.
Here's an overview, with links for more info.
WATCH ON TV: - ESPN2 will present nearly 100 hours of action with John McEnroe and Mary Carillo among the commentators. Wimbledon section | TV schedule
- Tennis Channel is airing "Wimbledon Primetime" every night at 7 p.m. ET through July 2, and running short features online. Short features | Website
- ESPN produced a three-part series on Roger Federer. Part 1, "Roger Federer: The Making of a Champion," ran on the eve of Wimbledon. The next two parts, focusing on "The Champion" and "The Man," will be broadcast on Sunday, June 29th, and Sunday, July 7th, respectively. Both programs begin at 7:30 p.m.
 WATCH ONLINE:
- Wimbledon LIVE offers live and on-demand video on up to eight courts for a single subscription of $24.99 to MediaZone via Wimbledon.org. Click here.
WATCH ON-THE-GO:
- Mobile phone customers of Verizon's V Cast and AT&T Mobile TV can catch MediaFLO's transmission of ESPN2 and NBC coverage. That's 119 hours of tennis between the two networks. (Subscriptions are managed by the phone service carriers.) Click for details.
LISTEN:
- Radio Wimbledon is broadcasting its main program and shot-by-shot coverage of both Centre Court and Court 1 on Wimbledon.org. Click to listen.
- SIRIUS satellite radio is running up to 13 hours of live coverage every day on channel 119. Click for details. Live scores are available on this page at Wimbledon.org.
Enjoy the action! |

Add "Devil May Care" as a must-read
Does James Bond play with a one- or two-handed backhand? How does he spend his change-overs? What's his favorite post-match quencher?
All the answers are in the latest 007 book, Devil May Care, the first book in the series that places the spy on a tennis court.

| "Quiet, please" is relative |
|
Going to the NCAAs for your first college tennis experience is a little like heading to Wimbledon to witness your first pro tennis match. The position of spectator carries with it a specific set of unspoken rules unique to that event. If a newbie attends without any forewarning, it may take a day or so to understand the culture. And "Quiet, please" elicits different responses.
