03/09/07 - The United States Professional Tennis Association, the tennis industry’s leader in online and video education, has completed its 13th specialty course DVD. The course is titled “Doubles Strategy and Patterns,” featuring renowned USPTA professional and French Open doubles champion, Hank Pfister.
The course focuses on world-class strategies, tactics and patterns for doubles players of all levels. This specialty course DVD along with the USPTA’s 81 other educational DVD titles are available for sale at www.usprotennisshop.com.
“By once again expanding our DVD library, we deliver continuing education to tennis professionals in the most user-friendly manner,” said Tim Heckler, CEO of the USPTA. “Not only can members earn continuing education credits at home through our DVDs, but they can also access the largest library of online education available in the industry through our Web audio seminars.”
USPTA adds more than 30 new DVD titles every year from conference seminars and courses and its award winning television show, “On Court with USPTA™” on The Tennis Channel. Since 2003, the USPTA has had Web based audio seminars from past World Conferences on its Web site for free. These seminars are taken from lectures given by the tennis industry’s best presenters. They can be accessed by any home or business computer by visiting www.uspta.com and accessing the lessons online link in the education section.
